Enrollment & Authorization

Once enrolled, you will receive a secure link to review and electronically sign your client engagement agreement and required authorizations. These documents outline the scope of services, engagement terms, and compliance disclosures. Services begin only after enrollment and authorization are complete.

Secure Documentation Submission

Clients are required to upload identification, proof of address, and active credit monitoring access through the secure client portal. This documentation allows for accurate review, documentation, and enforcement of consumer reporting compliance.

Incomplete or delayed documentation may affect the timing of service actions.

Review, Action & Escalation

Credit reports are reviewed based on your selected service level to identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and reporting practices that may not meet compliance standards. When issues are identified, targeted action and escalation are initiated based on documentation and reporting behavior—not repetitive disputes.

Oversight & Updates

Clients may access the secure client portal at any time to review status updates, upload additional documentation, and view communications related to their engagement. The portal serves as the primary location for tracking activity, escalation progress, and next steps throughout the service term.

What Happens After You Buy

1. Sign the Agreement – Right after purchase, you'll receive a link to e-sign your engagement agreement which includes refund terms and CROA disclosures.

2. Upload Documents – Securely upload your ID, proof of address, and credit monitoring info in the Client Portal.

3. Monthly Disputes – We send one round of disputes each month for the length of your plan and keep you updated in the portal.

4. Track Your Progress- Log in anytime to see updates, upload letters, and next steps.
